Hello, I'm Julian!



I was actually born and raised here in Nashville (I hear that I’m called a unicorn these days!). After highschool I moved away for college and then did some traveling after graduating. Shortly thereafter I decided to return to where it all began, as at that point Nashville was well on the way to becoming the “It city” that it is today! Nashville has changed a lot over the years, but my love for this great city has remained constant! I enjoy traveling, exercising, reading (a blend of self-improvement and sci-fi/fantasy), movies, and spending time with my fiancée and our 2 dogs. I began my hosting career a few years back with just one personal property. I quickly fell in love with hosting fellow travelers and decided to pursue a career in it! I haven't looked back since and have loved the ride!
