House Rules

1. No parties or events (Bachelor and Bachelorette parties ARE allowed)
2. Only registered guests allowed in the home
3. Absolutely no smoking, of any kind, allowed inside of the home (Smoking outside is allowed but responsible disposal of butts is required and please close all doors and windows)
4. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a $100 pet fee per pet (collected after the booking is confirmed). Please keep pets off the furniture and crate them when unsupervised
5. No exception to check in and check out times, unless previously discussed and agreed to with us
6. Remove all shoes upon entering the home - please share this with all guests (the booking party is responsible for any damage to rugs, carpets, etc)
7. Please share any damages that occur with us right away - we understand that things happen and will work with you on a solution. But please don't put us in a tight situation while we are preparing the home for another guest and dealing with a surprise problem!
8. Guests should dispose of all garbage in the trash can
9. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
10. Any guests that are located within Tennessee MUST contact us prior to booking or the reservation will be cancelled
11. ONLY use blue painters tape to hang up decorations (absolutely no other form of adhesive whatsoever)

⟡ The home also comes with a luxury queen air mattress and a twin fold-away bed, giving you the flexibility to set up additional sleeping space anywhere in the home.

Guest access
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire private compound! The main cottage house, the carriage house & the entire spacious backyard, plus parking for up to 3 vehicles, there are no shared spaces & it's all yours to enjoy! Once you've arrived, we've left you a great welcome letter with the owner, Chef Heidi's favorite pix all over town, and if you need anything at all, we’re nearby and happy to assist. We're so excited for you to experience the very best Nashville has to offer at Historic Cottage on 3rd!
Additional notes
A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a $100 pet fee per pet (collected after the booking is confirmed). We want your furry friends to love it here too, so we provide doggie bowls, toys & potty bags...but please clean up the yard after them and keep them off the furniture and crate them when unsupervised! We don't want to charge for uncleaned pet messes!
