House Rules

1. No parties or events (Bachelor and Bachelorette parties ARE allowed)
2. Only registered guests allowed in the home
3. Absolutely no smoking, of any kind, allowed inside of the home (Smoking outside is allowed but responsible disposal of butts is required and please close all doors and windows)
4. No pets
5. No exception to check in and check out times, unless previously discussed and agreed to with us
6. Remove all shoes upon entering the home - please share this with all guests (the booking party is responsible for any damage to rugs, carpets, etc)
7. Please share any damages that occur with us right away - we understand that things happen and will work with you on a solution. But please don't put us in a tight situation while we are preparing the home for another guest and dealing with a surprise problem!
8. Guests should dispose of all garbage in the trash can
9. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
10. Any guests that are located within Tennessee MUST contact us prior to booking or the reservation will be cancelled
11. ONLY use blue painters tape to hang up decorations (absolutely no other form of adhesive whatsoever)

Our two newly constructed homes, completed in April 2019, boast a remarkable 5,000 total square feet of living space, offering 8 private and lockable bedrooms with 30 cozy beds and 7 bathrooms (5 full, 2 half).

Revel in the lavish high-end finishes, tasteful decor, and modern conveniences that set our property apart from the rest. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered for your comfort and enjoyment.

Each home features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, ideal for entertaining and whipping up your favorite southern meals.

Unwind in our elegant living areas adorned with big-screen TVs and plush furnishings, making every moment of your stay feel like a dream.

Outside, savor your morning coffee or evening cocktail on one of the two private balconies, where you can truly immerse yourself in the tranquil neighborhood atmosphere, just a stone's throw from downtown's bustling heart.

Guest access
You will have access to both three-story homes, which are 5,000 square feet inside, including one garage. The homes each include two finely appointed and private outdoor balcony areas. Certain closets are locked and are unavailable for guest access. We are available to assist in any way I can to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Your stay will be enhanced by the convenience and safety of our smart lock self check-in system and private security personnel on-site during weekend nights. The quiet neighborhood makes it hard to believe that you're only 2 miles from iconic Nashville attractions like the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Nashville Parthenon, and a plethora of renowned distilleries, bars, and restaurants. We encourage you to explore nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including the Ole Smoky Distillery & Yee-Haw Brewery, just a short distance away from your home away from home. With upcoming holidays like Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, our property is perfect for a special celebration with family and friends.

Please follow our house rules during your stay to ensure the comfort of all guests, such as no smoking indoors, no pets, and adherence to check-in/check-out times unless previously agreed upon. We're more than happy to assist in any way we can to create a memorable and Luxurious Nashville experience for you and your group.

The neighborhood is very quiet, calm, and relaxed. In fact, it is sometimes hard to believe the houses are only 2 miles from Broadway Avenue!

Getting around
Conveniently located just off of Interstate 65 makes getting to the home very easy and then exploring Nashville and the surrounding areas just as easy. Downtown Broadway is just a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away and it will only run about $6-$7.
