House Rules

1. No parties or events (Bachelor and Bachelorette parties ARE allowed)
2. Only registered guests allowed in the home
3. Absolutely no smoking, of any kind, allowed inside of the home (Smoking outside is allowed but responsible disposal of butts is required and please close all doors and windows)
4. No pets
5. No exception to check-in and checkout times, unless previously discussed and agreed to with us
6. Remove all shoes upon entering the home - please share this with all guests (the booking party is responsible for any damage to rugs, carpets, etc)
7. Please share any damages that occur with us right away - we understand that things happen and will work with you on a solution. But please don't put us in a tight situation while we are preparing the home for another guest and dealing with a surprise problem!
8. Guests should dispose of all garbage in the trash can
9. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
10. Any guests that are located within Tennessee MUST contact us prior to booking or the reservation will be cancelled
11. ONLY use blue painter's tape to hang up decorations (absolutely no other form of adhesive whatsoever)

This home is nestled in the Germantown/Metro center/Buena vista area and is in a newly built development boasting 20 total units. It is private, and safe, with cameras through out the development and hired security patrolling the development on the weekend nights! You are just minutes from downtown and down the street from several great food options (Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Taco Bell, Germantown pub, Kroger (a grocery store) and more!)
Getting around
We highly recommend Uber or Lyft—they are a great choice if you'd rather avoid the complexities of parking downtown!
